2. Conditions for Exchange or Return For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must meet the following requirements: The product must show no signs of wear, washing, or alterations (such as tailoring adjustments or hemming).

 

It must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). It must be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
